The answer
Follow the Train signs down from arrivals: the Al Bidaoui airport train runs roughly hourly from beneath Terminal 1 to Casa-Voyageurs in 30–45 minutes for about MAD 50 in 2nd class (MAD 70 first).
It is the only fixed-price, fixed-time exit from CMN — Morocco's biggest airport has no ride-hailing app and no metered airport-taxi culture.
Door-to-door? Rank taxis run MAD 250–350 by day (+50% after 20:00), or a published fixed transfer at MAD 400.
Late landing? Trains stop around 23:00 — after that it's a car.

🚆 Every way out — real prices

Al Bidaoui airport train BEST FOR MOST
≈ MAD 50 second / 70 first class
The ONCF station sits under Terminal 1, reachable from the arrivals hall; tickets at counters and self-service machines. Roughly hourly, about 06:00 to 23:00, to Casa-Voyageurs in 30–45 min; some services continue toward Casa-Port and beyond. Buy onward Al Boraq/Atlas tickets at the same window.
Official taxi rank (grand taxi)
MAD 250–350 to the city centre by day
Airport runs are negotiated fixed fares, not meters — quotes climb with tourist face, night and busy arrivals, and the official ~50% surcharge applies after 20:00. Road time 30–50 min depending on traffic. Agree in MAD, for the whole car, before loading bags.
Pre-booked fixed transfer
MAD 400 to the city centre (published)
Operator rate lists (e.g. CasaShuttle) publish MAD 400 per vehicle, all-inclusive, no night surcharge, driver holding your name in arrivals. Same model for intercity runs: Rabat ≈ 800–900, Marrakech ≈ 1,500–1,800 MAD — handy when train times miss your flight.
Rental car
desks in the arrivals halls
All major renters operate at CMN (ONDA lists them under arrival services) — sensible if Casablanca is just your pickup point for the Essaouira or Rabat legs; budget motorway tolls on top.

⚠️ The traps (walk past these)

The 'MAD 30/40 train' in old guides

Forums and even some June-2026 articles still quote MAD 30–43 for the airport rail, while 2026 guides citing the airport's own posting say MAD 50 second / 70 first. Budget the higher figure — ONCF has raised fares since the older guides were written.

Do this: read the fare on the ticket machine before you pay; don't argue with a screen
The last train isn't late-night

Service ends around 23:00 and starts around 06:00. A delayed evening arrival means the rank — at night tariff, after a long flight, with no app to check against.

Do this: landing after 22:00? book a fixed-price transfer before you fly
Uber does not operate in Morocco

Every current guide is explicit: no Uber in Morocco, so the 'just open the app' advice from other cities fails here. Options are train, grand taxi, CTM coaches and pre-booked cars.

Do this: plan the arrival before takeoff — WhatsApp-booked fixed transfers are the app equivalent
The 'free hotel shuttle' that isn't scheduled

ONDA's arrival page is precise: special shuttles are arranged by your travel agency or accommodation — a stop is signposted, but nothing runs unless your hotel put it there.

Do this: confirm a shuttle exists in writing with your property before landing, or price the 400 MAD fixed transfer instead
